This is the hilarious moment a thrill-seeking cat leapt onto a ceiling fan and went for a spin.
Princess, the nine-month-old kitten, was caught on camera but her owner Keeley McMahon, 39, as she made the brave leap.
Mrs McMahon, from Hull, was watching television with her husband Mike, 39, when she began filming Princess, who was sitting on a shelf above the TV because she thought the cat was trying catch something on the screen.

But Princess appears to be sizing up the jump as she stands on her hind legs and looks toward the ceiling fan.
After she gingerly puts one paw out and retracts it a couple of times she seems to make her mind up.
She then jumps and soars through the air before landing directly on one of the blades of the ceiling fan.
The momentum from the jump makes the ceiling fan rapidly spin around.

Mrs McMahon can be heard shouting: ‘Princess!’ while the kitten clings on as she spins round and round.
The video has been viewed more than 1.7million times since Mrs McMahon posted it on TikTok on February 19.
She told concerned viewers that the cat had made it down safely and was ‘absolutely fine.’
